Revolut is planting deeper roots in Western Europe by opening a new regional headquarters in Paris and pledging €1 billion in investment over the next three years. The move, unveiled at the “Choose France” summit, includes creating at least 200 new jobs and applying for a French banking licence to complement its existing Lithuanian and UK licences.
With over 55 million customers and no physical branches, Revolut is betting on a closer relationship with French regulators and more localised services. While Lithuania remains a key base, this Paris office signals Revolut’s strategic focus on France as a core market in its European growth play.
Revolut's new Western Europe headquarters in Paris will oversee operations in France, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. This move complements its existing base in Lithuania, which will continue to manage other European markets.
